Bishop Alexander K. Sample gave the blessing before the Brunch.
After Brunch, Bishop Sample addressed those present thanking the members of the Society for their efforts in assisting the poor in the Diocese. He also stressed that all Vincentians continue to enrich their Vincentian spirituality.
Roger Pepin, President, gave welcoming remarks.
Renée Deroche, Spiritual Advisor for the Diocesan Council of Marquette opened with prayer followed by a Commitment Ceremony for Vincentians present.
Carol Verbunker, Secretary took a roll call of the conferences present.
Treasurer’s Report was given by Tony Bogetto. He reported that $105,127.92 had been received in income and Expenses were $114,007.11. The Beginning Balance in the checking account was $52,445.08, and ending balance of $49,990.38.
Roger Pepin gave his remarks of appreciation to all those present, recognized first time attendees, district presidents, conference president, spiritual advisors, and gave his closing remarks.
Renée Deroche gave the closing prayer, and with the assistance of her husband, those in attendance sang the closing prayer.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
